Exercise Your Eye Muscles and You Won’t Need Glasses Anymore!

Muscles in the body weaken if they are not used regularly. Therefore, it is necessary to do exercises for all the muscles, including the ones in the eye…

This can be proven with a simple example – bone fracture in the leg requires the use of carts during a certain period of time until the bone is healed. However, the leg muscles became unactive and, consequently, weaker.

The same thing happens with the eye muscles that surround the eye lens.

If you wear glasses and you are not doing regular eye exercises, your vision will gradually deteriorate. This means that your eye muscles need as much exercise as much as any other muscle.

These guidelines will help you improve your eyesight:

1. Close your eyes for a few minutes every 2 to 3 hours and while squinting do not tighten your eyes too much.
2. Operate gymnastics on each eye which includes 16 exercises (eyes follow the lines, see on the picture above).
3. Do not use your glasses.
4. Press the eyeball slightly using the index finger and middle finger at the same time, and so that you do not feel any pain. Then press the eyeball only with index finger twice.
5. Always look into the distance when you are outdoors.
6. Drink carrot juice with a few drops of olive oil.
7. Use lukewarm water when you’re washing your eyes.
8. Avoid sitting in front of the computer for at least 2 hours before bedtime.
9. Exercise an Indian technique Trataka (observation of the external object) to improve vision. This method of meditation that involves concentrating on a single point, such as a small object, a black dot or a candle flame, makes the eye stronger.
10. Do regular massage shown in the first picture above.
When you first start to do this activity, you should focus on the image or an item for some time, paying attention to every thought and feeling which appears during that time, so that the mind becomes completely absorbed in the object of observation. The point of this exercise is to push as much as you can, before you catch sight of the other object.
