Nakajima Laboratory at the University of Electrical Engineering and Communication in Japan has developed a prototype of a GPS system that is embedded in the glasses.
Eyeglasses are using LED lights that are embedded in the frame, and in combination with sensor they are lighting a direction in which you move.
‘Current navigation systems are good; however, you must always look at the screen which can be dangerous if you move. This GPS makes it easy to move because LED light indicates to you the direction of movement, “said project spokesman Kengo Saito.
Constructors do not yet know how this GPS will behave in specific situations, because it is still just a prototype, but it seems that this is the cool way of navigating through traffic jams.
