Hoya has made their fotosensitive lenses even better now… With an advanced system of fotosensitive effect, Transition VI is available in all indexes and materials. Transparent in closed spaces as transparent lenses, darker in open spaces than Transition V eyeglass lenses. Faster to activate and to get back to transparent condition. Transition VI lenes in brown color reach 85% of color at 23°C and 69% at 35°C. Lenses in grey color reach 88% at 23°C and 73% of color at 35°C. They provide 100% UVA and UVB protection and UV 400 protection. Transition VI lenses reduce uncomfortable sun glare and when combined with Super HI-vision layer they improve vision clarity in closed spaces, reduce glare and improve vision during night driving.
