Munich – is getting hot! The eye optics branch is beginning its new year with opti’12 fair which will be held from 13th to 15th January, 2012 in Munich. The fair will for the first time present the new brands and design trends for the next 365 days and the latest in the glasses, contact lenses and spectacle frames, which will be presented by the leading German and international companies. “Everybody is waiting for opti’12 to present their latest products at the very beginning of the year,” says Dieter Dohr, the president of GHM Society for craft fairs Ltd. “Some exhibitors, compared with the previous year, have significantly increased their exhibition space.”

In four exhibition pavilions opti’12 brings many new impulses, initiatives and ideas. “This fair is a guide for the eye lenses, compass technology and designs in the new year,” says Dohr. “Opti’12 is a perfect adviser for the expert visitor guiding him how to follow the right trends. Professional opticians can get information on all areas of business: spectacle frames, glasses, contact lenses and interior decorating of optical stores. “

Concise hint of fashion and a quick overview of the trends for the next four seasons is, for example, offered by Walk of Frame in the center of the C1 hall where you can find brands and attractive collections. Walk of Frame, alley of glass cabinets, presents premiere products of opti’12 fair. Trends of innovative, original and modern design expert visitors can see in their own area of YES (Hall C4) where exhibitors present their collections to the public for the first time. “This year new brands that take care of their reputation will also be presented.” Dohr explained. The pavilions C2 and C3 will present the latest from the leading manufacturers of spectacle frames, glasses and contact lenses. In addition, expert visitors will be able to find here everything related to technical equipment, precision tools and amblyopia. Also, they will be able to find out how to attract customers and how to properly position and expose frames for glasses and contact lenses.

Thanks to the architecture of the pavilion, opti’12 is still a short distance fair. Nowhere else can expert visitors find so many products that cover all areas of eye optics in such a small area. So it is possible that you get a comprehensive picture of trends in just one day at the fair. Those who after a successful exhibition days want to experience even more can take a look at Munich and its sights. Riding the subway from the fair to the city takes 20 minutes.

“Visiting the opti’12 fair perfectly prepares eye opticians for the upcoming fiscal year,” says Dohr. Here the visitors get the expert review of the products, designs and ideas that are necessary for their future success. In addition, opti-Forum provides an important impetus for all areas of everyday business, marketing and sales. All lectures will be simultaneously translated into English. Finally, opti is with its 470 exhibitors from 26 countries and approximately 22,700 visitors from 69 countries (opti’11) ideal location for the meeting of the international branch of ocular optics at the beginning of the year – which goes beyond the borders of Europe.
