With longterm experience and frequent development within the company, a Super Hi-Vision layer has developed. Hoya’s goal was to develop a layer that removes nasty reflexes caused by scratches, visibly retains sharpness and AR attribute, keeps the better recognition of colors, retains our confidence when extreme conditions remove our confidence in good form. With all that the biggest challenge was to develop a layer that will retain their strength properties. By applying Super Hi-Vision layer, our eyeglasses lenses are still nearly as sturdy as mineral ones. The best Japanese tehnologists in Hoya developed technology of ideal junction of layer with turret and proved that the layer is resistant to damage in extreme conditions. Lenses were tested with steel wool, emery paper, and most important they were subdue to Bayer test of hardness that is performed with special stones. Current values of the test layers were 2-3, and now are raised to the level of 8-10 which has proven progress in this regard.
We maintain with certainty that the Super Hi-Vision is the thickest layer on the market so we decided to handsel with each pair of lenses ennobled with this layer a warranty card as proof of his superiority in the market. Guarantee is valid for a period of two years with proper handling with lenses.
