5 ingredients for a better view of the world…

 

Because of the constant looking at a computer screen or laptop, eyes are exposed to radiation which makes eyesight poor. However, in order to endure as long as possible without the need for glasses or even prevent the increase in your diopter, here are some ingredients that can help you with that.

 

 

1. Berries

Strawberries, raspberries and blueberries are rich in antioxidants and thus prevent the occurrence of eye cataracts and strengthen eye muscles. At least once a week treat yourself with fresh berries and your eyes will be grateful.

 

 

2. Carrot

Perhaps the most popular food for better vision and eye health is a carrot. Rich in Vitamin A – helps to prevent the occurrence of night blindness and strengthens muscles in the eye. Some other ingredients good for vision are orange fruits such as melon, mango and orange.

 

3. Steak

Rich in zinc, which helps the body to absorb antioxidants, steak is very good for eye health. Treat yourself now and then with a feast for both your eyes and your palate.

 

4. Salmon

This fish is abundant in the northern sea Omega-3 fatty acids that help in better functioning of the retina. Try at least twice per week Omega 3 fatty acids in white fish such as herring and trout.

 

5. Almonds

Another very important vitamin for eye health, vitamin E, can be found in almonds. Instead of calorie snack, choose almonds and you’ll have a better view of the world and your own healthy body.
