Two police officers who,  due to alert that someone had broken a shop window of Ghetaldus optical store and stole sunglasses, first came to the scene, where they encountered a group of young men of whom one with sunglasses on his head immediately started to flee. One of the police officers ran after him.
Other young men, four of them, began to approach a police officer who was left behind. On the basis of their behavior, he concluded that he needed the help of colleagues and to call them out, shot in the air with his pistol. On the sound of the shot, young men, instead of stopping, started to flee.
Shortly after, in the vicinity of the crime scene, police officers found and brought five people to a talk in the police station, in order to determine whether they committed the offense.
The material damage amounts to several tens of thousands Kuna, was reported in a press conference in Zagreb Police Department. (Hina)
