It can be better: Modern people have forgotten how to use the bathroom, they forgot how to breathe, even sleeping became an insurmountable problem for them, and most do not even know to properly brush their teeth…
Fatigue, anxiety, headaches and sweating may be due to the fact that you do not know how to breathe properly. These symptoms may occur because you are breathing shallowly, from the chest, instead of the abdomen, where most of the blood vessels that take advantage of the available oxygen are placed. It is best to inhale air through your nose and exhale it through the mouth – while squeezing your abdominal muscles. In this way you’ll be much more durable during physical activity and have lower blood pressure. In addition to “not knowing” how to breathe, most people have also a wrong habit of tooth brushing. The most recent recommendations of the British dentists is that the teeth do not require to be brushed immediately after a meal because the acid from food and drinks softens the enamel so brushing only removes it from the teeth and exposes it to development of caries.
Ideally, it would be the best to brush teeth before eating, with mandatory flossing and gums massaging.
Sitting in an armchair is also one of the wrong habits. In this position, the abdominal muscles relax and the whole burden of the upper body is transferred to the spine. So, chairs without shoulder are much better for your spine.
Sitting on the toilet
Doing your necessities in a squatting position is much healthier, easier and faster than sitting on the toilet, proctologists agreed. This position reduces the risk of developing hemorrhoids.
Giving birth
The worst position for birth is lying down, with your feet up, as in this way the child is fighting against gravity. Instead, the WHO recommends changing of positions, and the best one is squatting.
We also often dream wrongly
Uninterrupted sleep of eight hours is a consequence of the artificial light. What is now considered a “disorder” – waking up in the middle of the night and sleeping three to four hours, is much more natural and healthier.
Bathing too often and strong soaps
Daily bathing or showering damage the protective layer of the skin and make it susceptible to various diseases. Instead, it is recommended showering several times a week with a mild soap.
