Essilor America launched Transition VI on few of his most important products, including Varilux, Crizal, Airwear, Definity and Thin&Lite lenses.
Transition VI have darker photochromatic performanses than Transition V and Transition Next Generation lenses, for 30% faster they become lighter than Transition Next Generation, transparent as classical eyeglasses lenses and for 10% darker in high temperatures than Transition V with time of getting dark (adaptation) improved for 10% in comparison with Transition V. Varilux and Transition VI lenses ensure better experience of advanced performances through number one suggested progressive lens in combination with world photochromatic lens. Crizal and Transition allow long term clearity of vision for users in every light strength. Crizal AR leaks through more light to the eye without glance. DEFINITY and Transition VI lenses are intendend for active presbiops. Transition VI lenses ensure 100% UVA and UVB protection and they get darker stronger with improved performances in warmer weather conditions. Airwear and Transition VI provide easy material resistant to impacts and scratches combined with photochromatic performances that block UV radiation. Thin&Lite lenses and Transition VI combine the thinest and flatest lens with the fastest and darkest photochromatic material, say the company representators.
