The famous Croatian brand of sunglasses Sheriff & Cherry has been popular with celebrities for some time now…
The last in the series of celebrities who walked the streets of New York with one of their popular models was a British film star Keira Knightley.
The story began in Rovinj. A famous actress is a friend of Mauro Massarotto who created the brand Sheriff & Cherry, and the famous actress even traveled to Hvar a few years ago because of him.
But Knightley is not the only world star who is thrilled with Croatian sunglasses. Models of their glassses have been worn by Rihanna, Beyonce, Frank Ocean, the band Klaxons, whose members are famous James Righton and Neneh Cherry, Chanel Iman, Grimes and many others.
Rihanna was among the first ones who praised these models, who bought her pair in a New York department store Barneys and immediately photographed with them for her Instagram profile.
The success of the brand is also shown in a wide array of stores worldwide where you can buy these sunglasses of distinctive design and vibrant colors, such as Barneys, Coletta, Liberty London, Lane Crawford, Restira…
In addition, Sheriff & Cherry will be a part of the world celebrated Net A Porter. Their collection for spring and summer of 2016 was presented at the recent Paris Fashion Week.
A 38-year-old Massarotto has his first fashion tours some 15 years ago, but the Sheriff & Cherry has been in existance for only a few years. But, this short time was enough to find their place at the top of sunglasses brands in the world.
Before he threw himself into optical business, Massarotto returned glory of today extremely popular ‘Startas’ sneakers from Borovo. Despite numerous friendships with celebrities, Massarotto is quite modest and avoids talking about his success.
